Mr. Brent founded RB Publishing in 1988 and launched RB’s flagship publication Mailing & Systems Technology. Since that time, Mr. Brent has the distinction of having helped found an industry. Mr. Brent continued to create new publications in different industries and then diversified the company by developing a custom publication division for the company. His company has produced magazines for Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, UPS and Pitney Bowes, United States Postal Service, Hasler and Océ Printing Systems and Fit. Style a customer publication for Bally Total Fitness and state wide publication Inside Wisconsin Sports. As a die-hard entrepreneur, Mr. Brent did not stop at creating just one company. He also has helped develop with ownership interest in an event production company, Event Evolution; an Internet company, Payment Service Network, Where he developed the sales strategy; a shoelace company, Nobbits; and together with his wife they created Exercise Party a in home business that helps women understand exercise and nutrition.

Mr. Brent entered into an agreement with the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) and in 2007 he created a sponsorship program to offset member dues (512 high schools). After a successful launch of the sponsorship program for the WIAA, Mr. Brent created Sponsorship America which sold sponsorships for WIAC (Wisconsin Colleges D3), MPS (Milwaukee Public Schools), Safe Sport Zone and the WIAA. This is what led to the ILC (Interscholastic License Company). At present Mr. Brent is CEO and President of ILC the nation’s leading licensing and e-commerce Company for schools, amateur sports teams, professional Athletes and Business’s.
