Endorsed by the NIAAA and the NFHS, Safe Sport Zone's Mission is to ensure a safer environment for our athletic events. Safe Sport Zone offers a web based program that is free to schools and school districts, to increase security, accountability, and convenience.

Jay is the founder and president of Safe Sport Zone. His years of experience in athletic administration and managing athletic events at one of the largest high schools in Wisconsin, along with his work with the NIAAA in its national leadership training program, provided him with the opportunity to serve as a resource for the NIAAA on event security. Through proud supporters of Safe Sport Zone, Jay travels nationwide sharing "best practices" with schools to help them better manage their event security operations. He is considered to be one of the leading experts in this arena. Jay is also an elected Board Trustee in Wind Point, WI, where he is in charge of police, fire, and safety.
