| All tickets are sold on a final sale basis, before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to review the event information and game dates. Policies defined by our schools prohibit exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. | ||
| Can I make a copy of my ticket? | ||
| Yes, but remember, each person attending the game with a ticket, must have a Photo I.D. to enter the gate. | ||
| Why do I get an error message for "invalid credit card" when I try to purchase tickets? | ||
| There are several reason why you may be getting an error. The name entered under billing information must exactly match the name on your credit card as should the billing address, including zip code. The credit card number should be entered without spaces or dashes, the credit card type must match the selection made in the drop down box which includes Mastercard or Visa. If you're still experiencing a problem, you may want to contact the card issuing bank for assistance. | ||
| The website says zero tickets are available, what does that mean? | ||
| When there are zero tickets available, there are no tickets remaining for the game through Safe Sport Zone. In some instances, tickets may be still available through the school box office, you should contact the school directly to inquire about any remaining tickets. | ||
| How do I sign my school up to sell tickets through Safe Sport Zone? | ||
| You sign your school up by calling 1-888-741-8333, or to sign up online click here. | ||
| What kind of printer, paper, and ink do I use to print my tickets? | ||
| Any inkjet, or laser printer, using 8.5 inches times 11 inches paper will be fine. Tickets can be printed in color, or in black and white, as you prefer. | ||
| My tickets are not printing one to a page, what should I do? | ||
| Please check your printer margins. Regardless of how your tickets print, as long as the game information and your name is on your ticket, your tickets will be accepted. | ||
| The event I purchased tickets for has been postponed/rescheduled, what do I do? | ||
| Safe Sport Zone promotes all participating schools to honor the original tickets for the rescheduled events. | ||
